When booking, you’ll be able to select from our signature palettes:
Booking I simple! Just fill out our booking form with your preferred date, package and styling option. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send your invoice and agreement. A deposit secures your date.
Most picnics last between 2-3hrs depending on the package. Additional time may be added for an extra fee.
We offer a one-time free reschedule in case of bad weather. We will be sure to check the weather a few days before to discuss accommodation options.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and styling. Last-minute bookings (within 72 hours) may be possible depending on availability. For special events like proposals we suggest 2 months in advance.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event date may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your picnic will result in a forfeited deposit and may require a new booking to reschedule.
