Please be sure to read all FAQs carefully before booking. By submitting your deposit, you agree that you have reviewed and accepted Picnic Obsession by Adrianne’s policies regarding cancellations, permits, alcohol, and client’s responsibility.

How do I book a picnic?

Booking is simple! Just fill out our booking form with your preferred date, package and styling option. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send your invoice and agreement. A deposit secures your date.

We do not provide food as part of our packages. Clients are welcome to bring their own snacks, meals, or beverages to enjoy throughout the picnic. We provide the full set up, décor, tableware, and ambiance. You bring the treats.

We offer a one-time free reschedule in case of bad weather. We will be sure to check the weather a few days before to discuss accommodation options.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and styling. Last-minute bookings (within 72 hours) may be possible depending on availability. For special events like proposals we suggest 2 months in advance.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event date may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your picnic will result in a forfeited deposit and may require a new booking to reschedule.

Yes, We offer a selection of signature color palettes such as Olive Grove, Blush Romance, Ivy Noir and more. You’ll select your favorite during the booking process.

We style picnics in select local parks, private yards, or indoor spaces within Metro Atlanta.

Our picnics are perfect for up to 12 guest. Larger events (like bridal showers or birthdays) may be customized with advance notice.

All packages include picnic table, rugs, pillows, table décor, tableware, signage, and your chosen color palette. We handle the entire setup and takedown. All you need to do is show up and enjoy.

We set up before your arrival and return at the end to clean up. You’ll have your privacy during the picnic to enjoy your time with your guests.

No, picnics may not be left unattended. If you need to leave before you scheduled time, please let us know so we can return for early takedown.

A 30% non refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your picnic.

Some parks require permits for gatherings or certain décor. Clients are responsible for checking park rules and securing any required permits. 

Most public parks in Georgia do not allow alcohol. For that reason our picnics do not include alcoholic beverages. If alcohol is going to be consumed we encourage you to choose a location at private residence or venue where it is permitted.
